Westend on Sixth’s serviced offices come furnished with modern equipment and access to a range of office necessities, including high-speed internet, sophisticated phone system, industry-class printing facility and corporate meeting areas. Westend on Sixth tenants and their clients can utilise our 105sqm balcony, which enjoys expansive views of the Gold Coast. The balcony also features an outdoor dining area, a barbecue and even a pool table…to help you really impress your clients.

Traditional and Virtual

Westend on Sixth’s business suites provide traditional offices where the cost is all inclusive (see limitations in What’s Included). Our office suites project success and confidence, a quality which carries through to our virtual services. Westend on Sixth offers a range of virtual services, including virtual professional receptionist service, mail collection and/or forwarding service, premium business address use, and corporate meeting facilities.

Frequently Asked Questions

Access to the building and specifically level 6 of the Southport Central is unlimited during normal business hours. However, depending on the services you require we may provide you with a FOB security access device which provides you entry to level 6 and the Westend on Sixth suite. Westend on Sixth entrance is locked 24/7 and, if you do not have a FOB, you will require a person to release the door entry, or alternatively a PIN code may be entered on the control pane at the door. All FOB and PIN codes are programmed to individual users. Offices also have individual keys to each room to provide additional security. Only the cleaner and office manager will have access to your office. The entire suite is also wired with CCTV and monitors are provided in every office.

NOTE: FOB’s are programmed by Building Security specific to the tenancy level in the building. We then use an add-on programme to allow access to the suite.

Outside of business hours, a FOB security access device must be used to gain entry to the ground floor level/and or basement carpark level. Furthermore, the FOB must be used inside the elevator to access level 6.  To access the suite, you must use your FOB or enter a PIN code on the control panel outside the door.  All FOB devices are programmed to individual users.

Parking is available in the basement of the building.  Free for two hours.  Additional daily and monthly rates are available through the Management Company of the building.  Paid council parking is also available within a short walk.  Free motorbike parking is within a one-minute walk.  Bicycle parking is directly outside the office (Southport Central).

Trams and buses go on tracks/roads adjacent to the office building (Southport Central). Leaving a short one to two-minute stroll to the front door of the building.

Two-hour free parking is available in the basement parking in the building.  A card must be taken from the machine on entry and validated at a payment kiosk, if the two-hour time limit has been exceeded.

There are several food options in the courtyard on the ground floor. There is also Australia Fair shopping centre -a mere three-minute walk.  Australia Fair has an abundance of food choices, supermarkets and shops.

An initial six-month contractual commitment is required on signing; and then a monthly rollover contract will take place.  An initial one-month bond is payable, and fees are paid monthly in advance.

Serviced offices require two months written notice.  Virtual clients are required to give one-months’ notice.

We accept Mastercard and Visa.  We do not charge processing fees.  We also provide our bank account details to tenants who wish to pay via direct payment.

No, at Westend on Sixth we do not require any personal guarantees.

The only additional costs are photocopying, printing, extra internet data, and extra phone calls (over your allowance).   Extra data is billed at $10 + GST per 10GB per month.  Additional local and national calls are charged at $0.15 per call.

Westend on Sixth is targeting small to medium business owners who would otherwise rent an office size of 14 to 80sqm. It is cheaper to rent with us than take on your own lease and overheads. The simple way to consider what we offer is your own office with shared common areas.

There are toilets directly down the hall on level 6. The toilets are very modern and well maintained.

Our business model is based on a model we saw in Frankfurt, Germany, where business owners got together to share common space, technology and facilities.

You and your team will also find yourselves working in the communal areas, mingling and enjoying a coffee with other tenants.

Our offices provide the small and medium business owners with the latest technology, business equipment and facilities of larger sized business. However by sharing the cost of the above, it is cheaper to rent with us rather than renting your own 80sqm premises.
